Off-Campus Living Adjacent to KAUST

KAUST is introducing the New Housing Complex, offering a new off-campus living option adjacent to the university. The complex represents a new residential model rather than an extension of KAUST’s existing on-campus housing. Service levels, amenities, access arrangements and community facilities will operate in a different manner to those available for the community living on-campus.

The New Housing Complex offers two accommodation types:

• 4-Bedroom Townhouse | 179 sqm
• 4-Bedroom House | 330 sqm

Interested in Living at the New Housing Complex?

The NHC is open to eligible resident categories, including KAUST staff and Contractor Workforce staff. Eligible applicants may register their interest by submitting the dedicated expression of interest form. A member of the Accommodation Services team will follow up with further information.

Connected to KAUST

Located adjacent to KAUST, the New Housing Complex provides off-campus living with convenient access to the university community. Work commuter bus services are available to Building 16 for the neighborhood's residents.
